「Logos - AI音声メモ＆AI変換」（以下「当アプリ」）は、音声メモを文字起こしし、AIで読みやすい文章や要約へ変換するためのアプリです。本ポリシーでは、当アプリが取り扱う情報、その利用目的、保存方法、共有範囲を説明します。

1. 取り扱う情報

当アプリは、機能提供のために次の情報を取り扱います。

• 録音データ（音声）
• 文字起こし結果
• AI変換後の文章・要約・メモ
• フォルダ、ピン留め、作成日時などのメモ管理情報
• アプリ設定情報（表示設定など）

2. 利用目的

上記情報は、以下の目的で利用します。

• iCloud同期による複数端末での利用

3. 保存場所と同期

録音データ、文字起こし結果、変換結果などのデータは端末内に保存され、iCloud同期を有効にしている場合はAppleのCloudKitを通じて同期されます。

4. 外部送信と第三者サービス

音声の文字起こしやAI変換を行う際、処理のために音声データまたはテキストデータがネットワーク経由で外部サービスに送信される場合があります。

5. 広告・解析・トラッキング

6. 通知

当アプリは、必要に応じてローカル通知を利用する場合があります。通知はiOS設定からいつでも無効にできます。

アプリを削除した場合、端末内データは削除されます。iCloud同期中のデータは、iCloud側の設定に基づいて保持または削除されます。

データはユーザーが削除するまで保持されます。

4. External Processing and Third-Party Services

When transcription or AI conversion is performed, audio and/or text may be transmitted over the network to external processing services required for these features.

The App may use local notifications as needed. You can disable notifications in iOS settings at any time.

You can view, edit, and delete your data in the App.

Uninstalling the App removes local data. iCloud-synced data is handled according to your iCloud settings.

Data is retained until you delete it.

The App relies on iOS and iCloud security controls to protect data.

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
